How to Access the Centralized Domain Overview Dashboard for MSSPs
Managing multiple customer domains just became more efficient and intuitive. PowerDMARC has introduced a powerful new Domain Overview dashboard, designed specifically for MSSPs. This centralized page offers streamlined access to all your client domains in one unified view.
What’s New in the Domain Overview Dashboard?
The Domain Overview dashboard brings together crucial data across all accounts you manage, giving MSSP Owners and Admins greater control and visibility. Here’s what you can expect:
Unified Visibility: Get a consolidated view of compliance, security posture, and domain activity.
Customizable Tables: Easily rearrange columns and toggle visibility to focus on the metrics that matter most.
Search & Filtering: Locate specific domains or accounts instantly with advanced filters.
Expandable Views: Drill down into each account to analyze domain-specific metrics like email volume, authentication results, and more.
Role-Based Access: Available by default to MSSP Owners and Admins. Custom roles can also be granted access based on permissions
Steps to Access the Domain Overview Dashboard
Follow the steps below to navigate to the Domain Overview section:
1. Login to Your MSSP Portal
Go to your MSSP dashboard using your user credentials.
2. Click on “Domains Overview”
Once logged in, navigate to the sidebar or top navigation and select the “Domains Overview” option.
3. View All Customer Accounts and Their Domains
You’ll now see a summarized list of all customer accounts with essential information such as:
Number of Domains
Subscription Plan
Average Security Score
DMARC Compliance Status
4. Expand Account to See Domain-Level Details
Click the dropdown arrow next to any customer account to reveal individual domain insights. These include:
Email Volume
Security Score
DMARC Policy
Compliance Rate
SPF Pass %
DKIM Pass %
