This guide describes how to setup White label for your MSSP panel as the super admin. The guide includes information about the steps for White label configuration, UI Configuration and Advanced configuration.
To get access configure the White label feature for the MSSP super admin, the following steps should be completed:
MSSP Account is active
Access for Whitelabel feature given by Service Owner to MSSP super admin
Whitelabel feature gives an opportunity to fully configure MSSP including Branding and domain configuration (whitelabeling). Depending on MSSP super admin’s tasks access can be given only for Branding.
White label Configuration
To start configuring your whitelabel open the “Whitelabel configuration” page
Configuration process includes 5 steps:
Start
On this step there are 2 required fields that need to be filled: “Organization Name” and “Domain” and continue the configuration process.
Note:
When entering domain name the “app” should be entered before your domain name (see screenshot below)
After completing a particular step MSSP super admin can interrupt the configuration process and continue it later. The system will save the last changes.
Once a domain is entered the RUA and RUF addresses will be automatically generated
There are also 2 editable fields on this step where you can specify your No replay and Operation Email:
To continue the configuration process click on the “Next” button and confirm on the opened modal.
NS Validation:
Steps for Nameserver Validation:
Copy the presented name servers and add them one by one to your DNS (see screenshots)
When all 4 name servers are added to your DNS click the “Validate” and then to “Next” buttons to continue the configuration process and then proceed to the next step.
SSL Certificate
There are two options in this step, either you can upload your own custom certificate files for your FQDN or let us generate the SSL certificates for you.
By selecting the checkbox for automatically generating SSL certificates and clicking the “Validate” button the system will generate SSL certificates for you and the only thing needed to be done is clicking on the “Next” button to go to the 4th step
CAPTCHA
Register a New Turnstile Site.
Make sure you have logged in to your account.
Click on the “Get started for free”.
Click the “Add widget” button
Fill in:
Widget name – for your own reference
Add hostname - domain where the CAPTCHA will be used (e.g., example.com)
Widget mode – choose between:
Managed (smart challenge)
Non-interactive
Invisible
Click Create
You’ll receive a Site Key and a Secret Key, which need to be added to the corresponding fields on the platform.
Once all the steps are completed MSSP super admin gets access to 4 sections on the Whitelabel configuration page and the super admin can navigate between them.

Note:
After completing all the steps the system will automatically open the UI configuration section in order to finish the White label configuration and get the domain changed, scroll down and click on the “Finish step” button
UI configuration
UI Configuration includes following sections:
-General Setting includes
“Organization Name” (ex. Example)
“Footer Name” (ex. Example)
“Company Website” (ex.https://example.com)
“Support Link” checkbox (if checked users will see the support link on the sidebar menu and the support link at the right side on the bottom of the page ex. https://support.example.com)
“Support email” (ex. support@example.com)
“Knowledge base link” (ex. https://example.com/guide/ link to the website for additional information about the features ex. PowerBIMI section includes link to bimi implementation guide)
“Terms and conditions”(ex. https://example/terms-and-conditions)
“Contact us” (ex. https://example.com/contact-us)

MSSP super admin can preview pictures before saving changes by clicking on the “search icon” next to Analyzer PDF report section name.
After saving the added pictures will appear in the Analyzer PDF report document. Steps to see it:
User is logged in
Open Power Analyzer page (Analysis tools>Power Analyzer)
Enter domain for lookup
Click on the “Export as PDF” button
-PDF Report section
PDF Report Summary Picture
After saving the added picture will appear in the PDF report document. Steps to see it:
User is logged in
Open Basic or Detailed report page (Reporting>PDF/CSV reports)
Select domain
Click on the “Export PDF report” button
-Email section
In this section MSSP super admin can add a picture for email headers.
After adding there is an opportunity to preview it before saving.(see the screenshot below)
MSSP users will see the added picture in their mail alerts. Usually the company logo should be added in this section
-Favicon
This section gives an opportunity to add favicon logo to see it on the browsers tab
-Interface configuration
In this section MSSP super admin can change the color of Sidebar Background, Sidebar hover, Brand and Sidebar text
Changes will appear on the MSSP super admin account, Main user of an account, regular user of an account.
Note:
Reset to default button will reset all the UI configuration changes after which the standard setting will be returned
Advanced configuration
On this section MSSP super admin can make changes for SSL Certificate and
CAPTCHA
When the configuration process is completed the generated during configuration CAPTCHA keys should appear on this section
For example generate new CAPTCHA keys and change them in this section or upload new SSL files
Note.
As mentioned above Whitelabel feature gives an opportunity to fully configure MSSP including Branding and domain configuration (whitelabeling). But Depending on MSSP super admin’s settings the access can be given only for Branding.
Branding access gives an opportunity to configure only User Interface. (see the screenshot below)
Custom Menu
In this section, MSSP super admins can add menu items by providing a name and a destination URL. These items will be visible on the end-user's left-side menu.
