Can I switch from monthly to annual billing in the control panel?
Yes — if the “Upgrade Plan” option is available in your account, you can switch to annual billing directly from your dashboard.
How to Switch to Annual Billing
Log in to your PowerDMARC account.
Select your Profile Icon.
Click on Upgrade Plan.
You will be redirected to the pricing page.
Select your preferred Annual plan and complete the checkout process.
Your subscription will then be updated accordingly.
What If I Don’t See the “Upgrade Plan” Option?
If the Upgrade Plan button is not available in your dashboard, the billing change will need to be processed manually.
In this case, please contact our Sales team or your Account Manager with:
Your account email address
Your current plan details
A request to switch to annual billing
Our team will assist you with the transition.
